What to expect
At the initial consultation, one of our experienced dietitians will assess your current health concerns, and analyse your typical food choices and eating habits. Over this and subsequent consultations, instead of boring nutrition guidelines, our dietitians will work with you to set goals and give you practical tips and tricks on healthy shopping and cooking to improve your lifestyle and help you steadily work towards achieving your health goals.
Having consulted clients from a number of different cultural backgrounds, including Chinese, Filipino, Indian, Italian, Malaysian and Middle Eastern backgrounds, our dietitians are able to offer tailored nutrition recommendations according to specific cultural needs and traditions.
Why see a Dietitian?
Making sustained changes to our food, shopping and eating habits can be tricky. Combined with the volume of information available online, it can be hard to know what’s best for us. That’s why it helps to have experienced, university-trained professionals who know how to interpret nutrition guidelines and transform them into practical tips and strategies.
