Grab a new milk to control your blood sugar!
It has been a while since I posted my last article in our community. I hope you are all doing great!
I do also hope you all like to drink some milk every day for good bone health. Sadly, for some people with type 2 diabetes, even drinking regular milk makes their blood sugar go up a lot. This Fitmilk is a game changer. It recently appeared on the market in Coles and Woolworths. They market themselves as 50% less carbs which give people much less blood sugar raise. It is pretty cool, isn't it?! and it is true!
The taste? My in-law, after a blind testing with me, even commented that it is actually creamer than regular full cream cow's milk. There you go!
How can it be much less carbs/sugar/lactose? I have done the hard work for you by contacting the company. This is what they’ve replied: “We have an incredible state of the art facility with a special machine that is able to filter the lactose and majority of the carbs / sugars out of the milk and retain the protein. It is a cold filtered process. We end up with a much smaller amount of milk after this process has occurred hence why our product is very different to how other dairy producers make their milk. “ Lol, a special machine! I am really curious about this machine now.
There are regular and low far versions. I bought it for 3.2 dollars for 1L from Woolworths. it is slightly more expensive than the normal milk.
